Job Summary:
Client is looking for Solution Director and this is Mon - Thursday onsite(Houston) with full expenses paid.
Responsibilities:
- Transform and enable business platforms through the selection, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions
- Streamline cloud migration by providing expertise, guidance, and best practices for migrating applications and services to the cloud
- Consolidate tools and platforms to simplify technology landscapes and improve efficiency
- Establish and enforce standards and governance to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
- Provide tools, tactics, and techniques for automation to increase productivity and reduce manual effort
- Collaborate with product teams to drive innovation through Agile product development, designing and delivering app accelerators and web/mobile/cloud solutions
- Interface with IT, enterprise architecture, and business at senior management and executive leadership levels to create and nurture alignment across the organization
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or engineering
- Proven experience leading transformational initiatives and driving technology adoption across an organization
- Enterprise Architecture experience - with specific attention to Infrastructure, Integration, and Security
- Experience as a Solutions Architect/Director
- Strong understanding of application development technologies including full stack, web, mobile, APIs, and I/O
- Expertise in cloud architecture and operations with a focus on Azure
- Familiarity mobile/web/API application architecture
- Familiarity with automation concepts
- Extensive project/product delivery expertise with a track record of successful implementations
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience leading Agile teams
- Experience implementing major change management and architectural transformations
- Ability to manage and architect organizational change (5 initial teams: web/mobile, data, integration, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - with all levels of the organization from executives to developers to field ops and others
- Excellent presentation and written skills
