**Job Summary**
We are looking for a professional pastry assistant who can prep, cook and plate all menu items according to our standards. You will be required to work production shifts as well as plating shifts. Experience is prefered but willing to train any candidate showing potential, hard work and dedication.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Evening and late night shifts
* Prep station with all necessary items for platting
* Prepare and plate all items according to Chefs' standards
* Ensure production quality of all products in high volume fine dining restaurant
* Maintain cleanliness of station throughout the entire shift
* Maintain safety standards at all times
**Qualifications and Skills**
* Attention to detail
* Must work well with others
* Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
* Need to have consideration for guests and maintain a professional demeanor as this is an open station visible to guests
* Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
