The Specialist, Warehouse Management Systems supports and troubleshoots technical and functional issues and problems with BlueYonder/Red Prairie/ JDA Warehouse Management System. This position configures Integrator/HUB framework, connections to SAP, and other systems using standard or custom

DDAs. Additionally, this position designs, develops, and supports Web Visibility Information System that provides real-time warehouse operation information along with necessary reports.

* **Warehouse System Management**

* Support and troubleshoot assigned technical and functional issues and problems with JDA/Red Prairie WMS independently

* Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to perform software analysis and diagnostics

* Communicate processes implemented and actions required

* Troubleshoot via Integrator/HUB issues with data transfer between JDA/Red Prairie WMS and SAP as well as any other external systems.

* Configure Integrator/HUB framework and connections to SAP and other systems using standard or custom DDAs

* Configure, customize, modify and support EMS alert processing functionality

* Conduct modifications to JDA/Red Prairie WMS standard functionality and behavior using MOCA commands via DDAs

* Evaluate the impact of any changes on other warehouse processes within the same system or other connected systems

* **Business and User Support**

* Participate in interviews with the user community to determine business requirements

* Assist with formulation of scope documents from business requirements that are used to define the projects

* Respond to daily user requests by handling situations with minimal guidance

* **System Design & Development**

* Perform design and development activities, and updates assigned System Service Requests

* Design, develop and support Web Visibility Information System that provides real-time warehouse operation information along with necessary reports

* Design and develop authorizations and security profiles, and troubleshoot any issues with authorizations in the Red Prairie system

* Maintain related log of requests utilizing the programming and language tools and acceptance testing definitions required to support the JDA/Red Prairie WMS application ongoing support and maintenance

* Complete MOCA development, including DDAs, Reports, Queries, Transactions, Screens, Menus

**Requirements**

**-Education**

* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Computer Science or related field

**-Experience**

* Minimum 5 years JDA/Blue Yonder/ Red Prairie Warehouse Management System application support

* Minimum 3 years MS SQL Query building (Preferred)

**-Software/Technical Skills**

* Knowledge of different SQL database and Windows Server Operating System

* Knowledge of how to configure all modules and processes of JDA/Red Prairie software including, Slotting, Parcel, Event Management (EMS), Web Visibility, Workforce Management (WLM) and Interface to SAP (Integrator/Hub)

* Ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose any system or application issue with the JDA/Red Prairie system or connected systems, and implement corrective action with
