**What youll do**
* **Provide a safe work environment for our employees and visiting business partners**
* **Champion lean culture such as 5S, Kanban, Standard Work, Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping**
* **Oversee preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled maintenance activities for facilitys related equipment and buildings**
* **Provide the team with clear goals, objectives, performance feedback and coaching while developing direct reports to improve the culture of the team and site**
* **Manage staffing levels to meet business delivery and cost goals**
* **Create a culture of communication and engagement across the team to drive change and gain commitment**
* **Build and develop operational teams, using change management tools and employee feedback**
* **Implement process improvements that drive productivity, cost, resource efficiency, and adherence to standards**
* **Quickly resolve process defects thru robust problem-solving**
* **Be an advocate for utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) in everyday activities**
* **Drive rigorous standard work processes utilizing established daily management systems for Tier reporting metrics and site goals**
**Who you are**
* **Bachelors degree OR high school diploma plus 4 years of warehouse experience**
* **3 years experience supervising or leading large teams**
* **Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point**
* **Oracle Business System experience preferred**
* **Demonstrated team leadership, team collaboration, project management & problem solving**
* **Proven ability to teach, implement, and sustain lean principles and processes**
