Must be able to work most evenings, weekends & holidays. Responsible for general kitchen sanitation and washing of pots and dishes in accordance with current federal and state regulations, standards and our established policies and procedures: must store food & supplies in correct containers & in proper storage areas according to guidelines as indicated by non-spoilage of food. The minimum education/experience/qualifications for this position are to be able to read, write & understand spoken English thoroughly: previous restaurant or retail experience desired but not required; pleasant personality; total commitment to customer service; reliable; & able to work on time& in correct uniforms; must be able to stand for long periods of time.
