Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Guide each phase of product creation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Brief Assessment
    • Create product briefs to align formula features, packaging specifications, target costs, and marketing needs.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct competitive reviews to inform pricing and cost targets.
  • Sourcing
    • Brief suppliers on new formula development, primary and secondary packaging.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Request and organize regulatory documents as needed.
  • Artwork Oversight
    • Provide creative design with product information and conduct reviews on finished artwork to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Organization
    • Track submission changes with suppliers internally and externally.

Inventory Management

  • Participate in weekly inventory discussions and manage restocking production processes.
  • Vendor Relations
    • Build and maintain robust partnerships with suppliers, prioritizing quality, cost, efficiency, and ethical sourcing.
  • Production Management - Track and manage manufacturing activities, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Batch Supervision - Approve production batches and define quality standards.
  • Quality Retention
    • Manage product samples and comparisons for quality consistency.
  • Troubleshooting
    • Address and resolve production challenges to avoid delays.
