Our client, a Baltimore law firm, is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their medical malpractice defense group. This position will be in the office 2-3 days a week in Baltimore, MD.
Details
- Medical malpractice defense for a major client
- Will go to court occasionally
- Assist three attorneys in all matters of litigation
- Review court dockets for review and case information
- Prepare subpoenas and deposition notices
- Request records, medical records and authorizations
- Support attorneys as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience in the state of Maryland
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Team player
