**Summary**
**Controls flow of parts to next operation by loading and unloading parts to/from conveyors, equipment or containers. Identifies items for stocking methods.**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Include the following, other duties may be assigned.
* Transfers parts from one work cell to another.
* Prepares parts for storage and hanging by protecting, sorting, stacking and or racking.
* Maintains inventory by segregating scrap and defective parts, correctly identifying parts, and maintaining quantities based on pre-established requirements.
* Accumulates production for order fulfillment where applicable, identifies items correctly to ensure proper stocking methods.
* Monitors quality of production by self-check, successive check and comparison to quality standards.
* Active with continual improvement of the process.

* -Is consistently at work and on time.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
* -This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

* Ability to stand entire day.
* Ability to lift weights up to 30 pounds.
* Adherence to all Safety requirements and Personal Protective Equipment.
* Maintain proper housekeeping.
* Ability to work as a team with other members of the cell.
* Will be required to rotate to all positions within the cell.
* Trained to use chemicals some may give off an odor.
