PURPOSE AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • the culture on which the organization was established, placing the customer at the center of all action. Driving results through leadership, leveraging organizational strengths and capabilities to remain disciplined and agile to best support customer s needs.
  • the day-to-day operations of the Internal Service Support teams, serving as escalation point for customer service concerns ensuring they are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible, while deploying resources across the company as necessary.
  • as a catalyst to bring Sales and Support teams together to drive improved collaboration and communication for the purpose of servicing customer s needs.
  • attainable measurables and benchmarks that motivate and encourage teams to exceed expectations.
  • ongoing performance evaluation and refinement based upon organizational metrics for operational excellence.
  • and manage a robust team of Internal Service Support Associates, capable of delivering an extraordinary customer experience through the utilization of proactive management strategies.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND ESTIMATING


  • recruiting, training, and development program, collaborating with Human Resources as needed. Assign mentor(s) to each new hire to guide through initial training. Host frequent follow-up meetings with each new team member and mentor(s) to ensure successful training.
  • quantifiable metrics by which each team member, including Leads and Managers should be held accountable.
  • dashboards to measure, manage and communicate performance.
  • quarterly reviews with all team members, to serve as a platform by which to communicate performance, coach, mentor, and address specific events in which the employee was impactful, both positively and negatively. Keep any/all Professional Development Plans on track, promoting career advancement.
  • for effective management of leadtimes, working with Estimating and Design Managers to ensure all resources are being best leveraged to serve customer s needs and expectations.
  • and manage effective and efficient Quality Control processes with the objective to produce quality designs for both submittal and production and drive VE efforts in estimating to ensure competitive pricing.
  • with and manage respective members of M&A team to successfully integrate newly acquired businesses.
