**Position Summary:** Integrated within the Sales Organization of a given Customer Business Unit (CBU), the Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales development for a specific Account or part of this Account (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions), within a Division / Regio.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and check/validate the commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests
* Manage a small team of Sales Engineers
* Responsible for on-time / on-profit customer ECRs (Engineering Changes Requests) negotiation
* Supports the negotiation of ECRs and claims
* Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
* Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site

Knowledge / Skills:
* Business model, industry, and products knowledge

Education / Experience:
* Established personal relationship with one or two OEMs within the relevant markets
* Business Bachelors Degree or Engineering Degree
