**ECHO is currently hiring Production Assemblers for 1st Shift (6:45AM-3PM) starting at $15 per hour.**

The role of a Production Assembler requires to perform various repetitive assembly and fabrication operations as assigned by the Group Leader.
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
* Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader.
* May assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.
* Ability to use hand tools, compressed air drivers.
* Always maintain a clean and an organized work area on a daily basis.
* Maintain tools, fixtures, and work area in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
* Follow all safety rules and policies.
* Performs various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.
**Job Experience/Skills:**
* No experience necessary, training is provided.
* Basic mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
* Ability to operate small hand tools.
* Ability to work overtime.
* Reliable attendance and punctuality.
