**Job Summary:** Works to provide a high level of customer service for an organization. * Perform Customer systems checks as required.

* Answer shortage tickets and communicate changes to the team.

* Create sales orders in CMS and maintain pricing on sales orders.

* Maintain Customer records in CMS.

* Main point of contact for the Customers.

* Verify customer releases and receipt of all incoming EDI transmissions.

* Resolve 830 & 862 CUM discrepancies and reconcile CUMS.

* Communicate with customers as required to resolve release discrepancies.

* Verify ASN's as required.

* Provide Bill of Lading numbers to Shipper/Receiver and packaging requirements as required.

* Print out bill of lading numbers.

* File releases.

* Make adjustments to daily ship #'s as required.

* Maintain dunnage spreadsheets as required.

* Enter manual releases.

* Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems , Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

**Essential Functions:**

**Required Education and Experience:**

* Community College courses in Logistics or Business Administration is an asset

* Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in similar position, in a manufacturing environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.); knowledge of CMS is an asset

* Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

* Strong organizational skills and procedural knowledge

* Knowledge of Applicable Customer Portals and System

* Time Management
