Salary: $60-70K base (once converted)
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in-person and over the phone and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate contact, relay messages in a timely manner.
- Function as a liaison for building administration, building vendors and office facilities; point of contact for fire drills/search teams and will disseminate news/requests from the building.
- Oversee daily coffee, tea and beverage service and snack pantries for the office.
- Daily stock assorted beverages in the main/back-office kitchens and service multi-function coffee machines.
- Load and unload the dishwasher and hand wash delicate dishes and glassware throughout the day.
- Send reminders for personal items stored in the refrigerator and ensure weekly cleaning each Friday.
- Regularly take inventory, order and stock office/kitchen supplies and refreshments.
- Oversee general office cleanliness, stock printers/copiers and discard old print jobs.
- Handle daily lunch order and deliveries; coordinate catering services and event planning for onsite/off-site events.
- Provide a consistent and professional experience for all candidates in the Washington, D.C. office.
- Point of contact for conference room scheduling; maintains setup and upkeep before and after meetings.
- Maintain and update the Washington, D.C. phone list, seating chart, floor plans.
- Manage keycard access and update the office vendor contacts list and other site-specific databases.
- Coordinate regular shredding and manage in-house and off-site filing for the Washington, D.C. office.
- Oversee daily mail sort, receive deliveries, and coordinate FedEx, UPS, USPS, and courier pick-up services.
