Nimlok Chicago is the premier integrated exhibit, event, and environment solutions provider. We partner with our clients to assist in developing their strategic exhibit and event programs. This includes delivering award-winning design, fabrication, I&D, and exhibit management all under one roof.


Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads

Evaluate sales opportunities to make decisions about the core value of the potential business

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business, culture, strategy, and direction while balancing their marketing objectives

Analyze client briefs and select relevant and creative information to be shared with our internal teams

Conceptualize, develop, and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and strategy

Collaborate with design team in formulating an aesthetic, functional, and cost-effective proposal

Write descriptive and compelling quotes that accurately portray proposed solutions

Clearly communicate strategic initiatives to all internal teams, ensuring all project work meets clients' expectations

Assist internal team with client management

Utilize follow up and relationship building strategies to ensure frequent client interaction

Prepare sales forecasts, lead and sales reports as required

Provide feedback and ideas about future development

Meet and/or exceed sales goals


Requirements

2+ years sales experience in the trade show exhibit industry

College degree preferred, but not required

Absolute must - an eager "hunter" mentality with strong prospecting skills

Advanced client relationship building skills

Exceptional organization and multi-tasking, positive attitude, self-motivated and team oriented

Pro-active, detail and goal-oriented, customer focused and responsive

Superb written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Effective negotiation and closing techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Proven success record utilizing innovative sales strategies

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM programs

Travel as needed
