About the Job:
Develops and monitors hospital salary and FTE budgets, prepares information for completion of annual Form 990s, provides monthly and other periodic management reporting as needed.
What You ll Do:
- Develops the annual hospital salary and FTE budgets, and monitors them throughout the year providing explanation of variances
- Assists in development of other EHS budgets as assigned, monitoring variances throughout the year
- Collects and prepares information for completion of Form 990s for Elliot Health System entities and SolutionHealth and works with external tax accountants who prepare the forms
- Produces monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for organization leadership group
- Is an expert user of organization budgeting tool
Who You Are:
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience, Required
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience, Required
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, Preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
