**Role Overview:**
The Distribution Clerk will be responsible for accurately completing tasks essential to the movement of product through our distribution center.
**Essential Duties:**
* Pick and Pack product for outbound customer orders
* FedEx Shipping and invoicing of customer orders
* Receiving and processing of inbound shipments from vendors and /or returned orders from customers
* Inventory Control tasks such as cycle-counting, replenishment of on-hand inventory and participation in periodic physical inventories
* General warehouse upkeep to include sweeping, vacuuming pharmacy, dusting and trash removal, along with other duties as necessary
* Support the operational activity of other product lines or companies as necessary
* Loading/Unloading of shipping and receiving trucks as necessary
* Minimal clerical duties may be required
**Related Duties:**
* Performs other duties, as assigned
* Safe operation of hand trucks and other equipment
**Qualifications:**
Training and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years previous pick/pack/ship experience in a warehouse environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
* Knowledge of basic PC skills and ability to type at a reasonable pace
* Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
* Ability to be a self-starter, follow-through and have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Physical Requirements:**
The position requires the ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk frequently during the shift, up to 8 hours; repeated twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves. Incumbent needs to consistently be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
