Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating internet leads, determining customers vehicle needs, maintaining a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy. Understand the terminology of the Automotive business and keep abreast on technological changes in the product, features, and accessories. Including vehicle delivery to customers. **Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
* Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
* Provide customers with initial product information
* Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
* Present initial financing options based on customer needs
* Follow up with leads old and new
* Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
* Utilize CRM tracking system daily
**Qualifications**
* At least one previous role based in strong sales experience
* Team player attitude
* Prompt and courteous
* Enthusiastic personality
* Must have strong computer skills
* Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills
* Professional appearance
* Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
* High school graduate or equivalent
