Job Details
As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you re primarily responsible for advising clients, interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations, analyzing probable outcomes based on legal precedents, developing strategies and evaluating findings, as well as providing ethical and professional representation to clients of Alex Hanna Law, PA. It also requires diligence and candor while handling cases and assigning staff to ensure a timely and suitable resolution. This position involves constant and continued client communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance with all legal and ethical standards and regulations.
Reviews, researches, analyzes, and prepares legal strategies and respective pleadings and forms.
Communicates and advises clients throughout the life of the case.
Represents clients in court, mediation, and administrative hearings as needed.
Diligently supervises the work and development of the staff assigned.
Ensures timely and suitable resolution of cases assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
JD or above with a Law License in good standing.
Communication, analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ethics, candor, diligence, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
