Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Experience & Requirements:


  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales experience with the majority in an executive-level sales position, preferably in the Real Estate, Telecom or a Technical Industry
  • Proven track record for driving the sales process from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze market data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor or MBA degree
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships


Commission:


  • Commission on every deal a member of your team brings in


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, targets and objectives
  • Establish a sustainable sales organizational structure to support Nexus's revenue growth including hiring and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Analyze and Identify new market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to penetrate them
  • Navigate complex Client relationships and develop a sales platform to effectively position Nexus at the forefront
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct sales presentations and attend trade shows
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
