The Lecturer/Asst Professor of Exercise Physiology and Interprofessional Health Sciences Program Coordinator will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Exercise Physiology program, peform research, service, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the position will serve as IHPS program coordinator and will perform the following duties below. Interprofessional Health Sciences Program Coordinator Duties- Coordinate and manage all aspects of SACS accreditation for IPHS Majors.- Chair the IPHS curriculum committee- Recommend the schedule of IPHS classes to the Department Chair- Recommend the assignment of IPHS teaching duties to the Department Chair- Lead and direct the development and maintenance of the IPHS Curriculum- Maintain a highly qualified adjunct pool for IPHS courses- Point of contact for IPHS student issues- Participate in IPHS program enhancement efforts- Provide relevant information on undergraduate students and the undergraduate program to be used in marketing materials (i.e., website, social media, brochures, newsletter, etc.)- Point of contact for internships, exams, testing, etc.- Carry the current 18 hour annual course load (9 fall 9 spring)- Holding weekly office hours for student needs fall/spring/summer- Participating in graduation- Assisting with impact sessions as needed- Ongoing recruitment of IPHS students (in person/virtual/etc.)- Responsible for all aspects of marketing, branding, and program recruitment- Responsible for program development and sustainment
