About the Position
Main-Land is seeking an experienced site civil engineer to fill a senior level project management and design position. A successful candidate will quickly take on project and client management, technical staff mentoring, and some business development.

What do you need?
Maine Professional Registration or ability to obtain registration within 6 months
8 12 years of experience management lead responsibility for site civil and development projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, software-based project management, and other computer-based tools.
Regulatory permit process and public presentation experience
Construction administration and inspection field experience
Interpersonal skills and self-introspection
Positive and friendly attitude
Humility and willingness to learn and lead
Drive to grow and advance
