Summary:
The Concept Shop Retail Associate will bring the brand to life through our Concept Shop and support the shop to become a community hub. Strengthen our competitive advantage as a Beach Culture Lifestyle brand and deepen our community s loyalty and stoke by bringing energy each and every day.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Concept Shop by bringing energy each day, stoking out shoppers, and keeping the store looking great.
- Responsible for being in the shop Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and will be given potential opportunities to work additional times throughout the month based on business needs.
- Partner with Sr Coordinator Community, and Concept Shop with things in order, keeping things clean, being mindful of inventory.
- Assist during community events that take place in the Concept Shop.
- Be a product knowledge expert and continue learning as new items are dropped and added into the shops inventory.
- Such other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by manager.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Inventory savvy and has a knack for organization
- Self-starter
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Experience with both large and small companies is a plus
- Passion and knowledge of Action Sports (surf/snow/skate) culture and beach lifestyle
Compensation:
Job Requirements:
- HQ Location, Encinitas, CA
- Part-Time, no more than 30hrs/week
- Availability to work Thursday-Sunday through peak time (May-September)
- Availability to work Thursday-Sunday through off-peak time (October-April)
