HOW A PROGRAM DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above Daily interaction with senior customer and technical managers as well as on contract resources to include corporate leverage organizations. Primary responsibility is to manage all resources and costs, including fluctuation in resource demand, personnel selection and assignments, cross-functional skills, maintaining staff availability in an effort to align program resources with mission objectives. Opportunity to coordinate closely with customer senior management to meet strategic goals. Serve as the single focal point for the areas of activity to include project status, tasking, schedule, performance and problem resolution. Partner with customer and contractor technical management team to build and maintain a programmatic plan of approach to support the development and execution of 20+ new business functions/applications.WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: BA/BS or equivalent Required Experience: 7+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Familiar with industry standard project management approaches and methodologies.
