Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in our digital marketing functions. You will manage LinkedIn activity, engage connections, and ensure our data is accurate and up-to-date. Your role will be critical in supporting our marketing team and ensuring we reach our targets effectively.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and monitor LinkedIn activity, including connections and conversations.
- Enhance data by researching and verifying contact information using internal software.
- Upload and manage data in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other contacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous data entry experience.
- Clear & concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Experience with data enhancement and research.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
