Staff Accountant
Position Overview: As a Staff Accountant for Envea, a fast growing Global Manufacturing Company you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our US office. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills. We will offer training and real career growth to skilled and ambitious Accounting graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounts payable department
- Prepare and post month-end and year-end close journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of the financial reports, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Processing sales tax.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare documentation and support for external audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- General understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
Benefits:
- Salary $75,000 - $80,000
- Work Schedule Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 4.40 pm
