Title: Investment Banking Associate, Technology
Location: Boston, MA
Our client, a leading independent investment bank (Elite Boutique) is looking for several Associates to join their Technology group in Boston. This opportunity will offer exposure to high-profile Technology M&A transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform extensive valuation, due diligence, and complex M&A analyses
- Play a key role in all aspects of the execution process
- Work alongside best-in-class Technology bankers
Requirements:
- Prior Analyst and/or Associate level experience with another Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm
- Technology industry coverage experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000
