Celling Biosciences is a market leader in cell therapy, energy-based therapies, innovative hardware, and research, partnering with physicians for the last 25 years. With a unique portfolio of products spanning ortho-biologics, spinal implants, and radio-frequency devices, we are expanding our training and education team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Drive success in a high-growth Orthobiologics market by building key relationships and leading educational initiatives
- Shape the future of medical education by developing and delivering impactful educational strategies
- Drive key account development, building relationships with major physicians across specialties
- Work on cutting-edge orthopedic procedures and collaborate with a diverse team to achieve desired results
- Develop educational strategies for the representative network, focusing on biologics opportunity awareness
- Collaborate with distributor principals and sales managers to elevate representative competency in Orthobiologics
- Provide educational and sales support at national/regional labs, training centers, and major trade shows
- Develop agency biologics specialists to become effective leaders within their local territory
- Liaison between product development and the representative team to develop new orthobiologic products
- Travel up to 75% annually
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:This is an in-person, W2 employee position based in Austin, TX. Typical working hours are 8:30a-6:30pm.
