What we are looking for:

• Individuals who have extensive experience in repairs, diagnosing, and maintaining automotive vehicles
• Individual with extensive automotive technician experience and certifications. Subaru experience is a plus
• Individuals looking to advance their career by becoming a leader within the shop
• Individuals who possess strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to explain the repair and diagnosis process to others by showing the how and explaining the why
• Strong focus on fixing automotive vehicles quickly and accurately
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
