Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Month/Year End
Staff Supervision
Reconciliations
Ensure GAAP Compliance
Journal Entries
GL Maintenance
Some assistance with M&A
Some assistance with technical accounting
Qualifications:
5+ years progressive accounting experience
Bachelors in accounting
Public accounting foundation required
CPA preferred
