Sales Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing, branding, and promotional strategies for the ATSports businesses, brands, products, and services. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team.

The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long- term strategizing. The marketing manager must strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Accountabilities:

- Monitor industry trends to assess the demand for new products and services

Work with marketing associates to plan advertising and promotional campaigns in print, online, on television, and in other media

- Manage market research studies to understand the state of the industry, customer needs, and market opportunities.

- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration

- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer acquisition

- Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing

- Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts

- Utilize WordPress or other content management systems to update and maintain website content

- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website traffic

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing

- Assist with product management activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning

Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor s degree in business, marketing or is preferred.

Must have 2-5 years prior work experience in a marketing role.

Must have experience with Wordpress, Adobe Suite and all social media outlets.

Must have the ability to work well with people and be able to identify customer needs.

This job requires the ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.

Position is not remote and will require in-office collaboration with team members

Occasional travel to trade shows and events as needed
