If you enjoy helping others and flourish in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Protectives **bilingual customer service representative** position**.** Taking inbound calls, youll handle new claim calls and troubleshooting a variety of claims servicing questions including confirmation and status of claim, billing and general policy inquires. You may work with our commercial auto or workers compensation customers and business partners. Successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience and can navigate multiple computer systems.

This role provides robust simulated job training and mentors which requires you to be in-person for the initial weeks of your training period in our Indianapolis, IN office. Work from home flexibility is possible after training.

**Requirements and preferred skills**

* Two years of prior customer service experience

* Prior call center experience preferred

* Fluent in Spanish and English (read and speak)

* One year experience in interpreting/translating Spanish

* Ability to pass a short translation competency

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

* Strong attention to detail
