In this executive level role, you will provide leadership, coaching, and expertise to our team of eight talented Wealth Advisors while mentoring and developing our next generation. You will also serve as a key interface between our Operations Team, Advisor Team, and Executive Committee, where you will play an important role in implementing strategic initiatives and overseeing people, processes, and services.

Job Summary
- Lead and manage the advisory team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in strategic planning initiatives to drive the growth and success of the firm.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality investment management and financial planning services to clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and enhance service offerings.
- Manage the business development process, pipeline oversight, and goals accountability.
- Participate in Marketing Committee and Content Review Panel.
- Drive the evolution of the client experience.
- Lead the talent acquisition process within the Advisor team.

Requirements That Are Important to Us
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
- Deep understanding and direct experience with all service offerings.
- Bachelor s degree.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
