**Overview:**

**Assists with the operation of the Food and Beverage office, including but not limited to communications, paperwork, and filing.**

**How You'll Make A Difference:**

* Operates communication equipment, including multi-line telephones and two-way radio base stations. Handles all incoming inquiries and forwards accurate and detailed messages to the appropriate management personnel as needed. Dispatches a variety of radio calls using appropriate radio codes.

* Distribute keys, microphones and paperwork and/or radios to designated employees.

* Maintains a variety of information in a confidential manner. Collects and logs detailed information regarding associate scheduling, attendance, payroll and terminations. Completes a variety of forms. Files associate and department related documentation accurately.

* Composes and produces a variety of business communications including memos, letter and reports.

* Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.

**We're Looking For:**

* Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.

* Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.

* Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
