Fabrication Superintendent

OpSource has partnered with a Renfrow Industrial company located in Spartanburg SC.

Pay for the position:

• $34-$38

Shifts for the position:

• 1st

Job requirements for the position may include:

• Fabrication Processes: Familiarity with various fabrication techniques, including welding, machining, and metalworking machinery.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating fabrication equipment such as turret punch presses and cranes.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of hourly employees (typically 50-100) to achieve production goals.
• Labor Relations: Maintain sound labor relations within the team.
• Effective Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills

Qualifications for the position:

• Education: Employers often prefer relevant degrees such as Bachelor's or Associate Degrees in Engineering, Manufacturing, Education, Technical, Business, Management, or Industrial Technology.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fabrication industry is desirable.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, SSPC, NACE, CWI) can be advantageous
