Responsibilities

  • Order entry and customer order acknowledgement
  • Coordinate in-house and LTL shipments with supporting paperwork
  • Receptionist for visitors / applicants
  • Filing of various documents (job travelers, packing slips, maintenance documents)
  • Update process sheets in word as it is related to E2 / Job Boss and upload
  • Complete scrap reports (weekly)
  • Production reports (weekly)
  • Organization of core box locations
  • Responsible for payroll processing
  • General office duties: complete machine checklists weekly, make transfer tags/ start stop tickets available to the production office
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity required
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must have excellent math skills
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Computer skills must be proficient at Excel and Microsoft Word
  • EPICOR experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
