CB&A Construction Company is looking for a talented assistant project manager with experience working for a general contractor. Responsibilities and tasks should include but not limited to:
Ensuring safety on jobsites
Building and maintaining project schedule
Review Drawings and Specifications and execute project requirements: submittals, RFIs, Closeout documents
Assisting with Buyout (Purchase orders and Subcontracts)
Coordinating Subcontractors
Material procurement and logistics
Client Relations
Work with Superintendents
Permitting
Attend Owner Meetings
Quality Control
