As electricians, we provide a range of electrical services to residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to Solar and Battery back up systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients. This role is primarily located in Idaho and east Oregon, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience Selling Solar
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the electrical industry and products
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work remotely as needed
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
