Job Title:Melting Supervisor
Location: Reading, PA area
Rate:75k-90k
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction- Train and supervise staff members in their respective roles- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Adhere to all health and safety regulations- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Requirements
-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operational environment, or equivalent expertise
-Understanding of industrial and manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices- Excellent knowledge of coffee, restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Experience in food service management or hospitality management preferred- Proficient in team management and delegation of tasks- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques- Ability to conduct interviews and select qualified candidates for employment- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
