Job Details
**This Position:**
The Customer Service Drafter is responsible for the entering of orders into our order processing system as well as producing necessary drawings for dealer approval. They will also handle the production of bills of material, assembly of production packages, and other similar duties. Works with our dealer network directly to achieve accurate results to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
* Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural drafting, and possess mechanical intuition.
* Desirable knowledge of Cabinet Vision software or similar cabinet software (i.e.Cad Cam and/or Alpha Cam) to produce detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from dealer-supplied cabinetry orders.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
* Read and understand architectural documents as well as appliance specifications to determine appropriate cabinet requirements.
**Qualifications**
* 1-2 years related experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office- especially Microsoft Excel
* Experience or willingness to learn- Cabinet Vision
* Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
* Efficient and organized.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
