**Bartender**
at Urby 777 South 3rd St Harrison, NJ 07029 You are the expert in creating unique coffees and cocktails! Our Bartends + Baristas maintain a pleasant and fun atmosphere, while simultaneously crafting a high volume of personalized drinks.
$8/hr + tip eligible
AM/Dayshift
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure guests feel welcome by greeting them in a warm and genuine way.
* Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guests expectations.
* Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients.
* Receive guests orders and process payments.
* Prepare hot beverages such as coffee, espresso, and tea.
* Be creative with your recommendations, using suggestive selling where appropriate.
* Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
**Attributes**
* This position requires employees to provide acceptable documentation showing full vaccination as per CDC guidelines at the time of employment
* Possess an upbeat, outgoing, positive attitude at all times
* Highly developed guest relations skills
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask and stay organized
* Ability to work effectively on a team within a fast-paced environment
* Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time and lift up to 35lbs as needed
* Open availability is required
* Proficiency in restaurant software systems is preferred
