*Description*
The Project Manager is responsible for:
* Managing the preconstruction & construction process (and documents) alongside appropriate counterparts
* Reviewing the terms and conditions of contracts
* Developing staffing and equipment plans that identify resources needed
* Hosting project meetings at least once a week
* Visiting project sites at least once a week
* Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
* Coordinating with the owner, design consultants, and subcontractors
*Profile*
The right Project Manager will have:
* Project management experience in the commercial construction industry (3+ years)
* Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
* Effective leadership skills to successfully lead people and get results through others
* Ability to organize, think ahead, plan, and manage multiple priorities
* Understanding of problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
* Strong relationship building & managing skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer savy-ness
