Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Engage Effectively: Make regular calls to drivers and transportation companies to coordinate shipments.
Negotiate Like a Pro: Use your negotiation skills to work with shippers and carriers, aiming for the best rates while maintaining service quality.
Shipments Mastery: Manage daily shipments with precision, ensuring all are accurately documented and tracked in our system.
Communication is Key: Facilitate on-time pickups and deliveries through proactive communication, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any potential issues early.
Build Trust: Be honest and proactive in all your communications with customers and carriers, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Exceptional Service: Provide top-tier customer service, going above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You Bring to the Table:

Prior experience in sales is preferred.
A knack for effective communication and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet.
An organized approach to managing tasks and the ability to handle multiple shipments efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to anticipate and address issues before they arise.

Location: In person - Lehi, Utah

Schedule: 8 hour / 6:30 am - 3:30 pm shift
