Walsworth is a 70+ attorney law firm with offices in Orange County, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and we are growing! Our Employment practice group is seeking a motivated attorney with 5+ years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters. Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
- 5+ years of experience working on the defense of employment litigation matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
- Prior experience working on the defense of class actions and PAGA claims is a plus
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Compensation:
- The annual base salary for this position starts at $150,000 - $195,000 (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors)
