We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team for an 8-week temporary assignment in the Nashville and Clarksville areas, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, along with a strong work ethic and a dedication to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and develop effective solutions to address them.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan plumbing installations and repairs.
• Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and address their concerns in a professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Journeyman Plumber.
• Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 50 per week
