Salary Range $135k - $165k


Position Overview: The Sr. Product Technology Owner - Digital Workplace is responsible for the end-to-end technology ownership of assigned products throughout their lifecycle. This role encompasses developing product strategies, financial forecasting and planning, indirectly managing resources, planning and delivering product-related work, managing and prioritizing backlogs, developing and maintaining release schedules, gathering user stories and acceptance criteria, identifying risks, and communicating impacts to stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead/consultant on complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects.
  • Manage the development and support of Microsoft Modern Workplace tools and technologies to enhance collaboration and automation across the enterprise.
  • Oversee technical staff to ensure the effective management of Microsoft services, including deployment, migration, support, and ongoing release schedules.
  • Utilize superior analytical abilities to resolve conflicts, prioritize deliverables, and build consensus across organizational boundaries.
  • Manage additional automation and collaboration applications as assigned.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor s degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Desired: College degree in technology-related fields. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).


Experience:

Required:

  • Expertise in SharePoint Online migrations, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Microsoft EA licensing, and M365 release management.
  • Proven ability to establish, document, train, and maintain robust governance practices for complex enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Organizational Change Management concepts and the development and delivery of training plans related to the M365 platform.
  • Over 5 years of experience with broad exposure to IT systems/processes, programming/engineering, or IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of systems analysis, design, and implementation in a business environment, as well as design thinking and agile software delivery principles.

Desired:

  • Experience in system analysis within a business environment.
  • Over 2 years managing or leading IT projects or project management processes.
  • Over 3 years working in or with agile software delivery teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in design and application development on multiple systems.


Skills:

Required:

  • Ability to lead through influence and achieve results through collaboration.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of various IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer hardware, operating systems, and SQL Server and/or DB2.

Desired:

  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project Web App, and Server SharePoint.
  • Programming skills in at least one language.
