Job Summary
+ Greeting guests visiting the suite for Biological & Health Science Division ( BHS )
+ Answering phones
+ Referring students and community members to proper resources on academic programs and college services
+ Filing, scanning, and converting paper documents into electronic files.
+ Mail room duties as needed
+ Provide support to BHS office staff on various projects as needed
Required Qualification(s)
-Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours during the spring semester.
-Must have or maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA
-Must have exemplary customer service skills and attention to detail.
-Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff and willing to learn new tasks.
Desired Qualification(s)
Experience working in an office or customer service setting.

Pay Rate $14.00
Location Grayslake
Total Hours per week No more than 20 hours per week
Work Schedule
Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:00 pm preferred. May consider other times if student has a conflicting class meeting. Position runs through the end of the academic year.
