Connestee Falls is a mature master planned residential community and a semi-private country club in Brevard, NC operated by its residents under the Connestee Falls Property Owners Association (CFPOA). Our residents share a vision for preserving the amazing natural environment while nurturing great relationships. The community features a championship golf course, a state-of-the-art wellness center, pools, a tennis center, pickleball center, bocce ball courts, and a newly renovated 26,000 sf Overlook Clubhouse with restaurants, lounge with full bar, banquet facilities and meeting spaces available for functions.

**Full-Time / Part-Time:** Part-Time
**Salary range:**$10 - $12 p/hour + $500 Sign On Bonus
**Location:** 33 Connestee Trail, Brevard, NC
**Position Summary:** Connestee Falls has recently renovated its 26,000 square foot clubhouse, which features a large main dining room with an excellent menu, a lounge with full bar and a sports grill. The clubhouse also offers banquet facilities with a large hall and meeting rooms that are available for private events. Our clubhouse overlooks our championship George Cobb designed golf course that winds through the mountains with beautiful vistas along the way. At Connestee Falls, we take pride in providing a year-round fine dining experience to our members, to their guests and to the general public. Our Dishwashers are key members of our kitchen staff. This position is responsible for cleaning the food delivery, storage and food preparation areas. This position helps maintain inventory of china, glassware, hollowware, silverware and cooking utensils. The dishwasher will be responsible for operating a commercial dishwashing machine and loading and emptying the machine throughout their shift. The ideal candidate must be able to understand and follow instructions, adhere to the companys cleaning standards and maintain a sanitary work environment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Maintains and organizes dish room and dish machine.
* Operates dish machine to company and manufacturer`s specifications.
* Restocks all detergent, sanitizer and floor cleaner as needed.
* Assists with cleaning other areas or equipment of restaurant as requested.
* Sets up buffet lines as specified by the Chef or Sous Chef.
* Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
* Washes pots, pans and trays.
* Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
* Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and other kitchen related areas.
* Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
* Removes garbage and places it in designated containers.
* Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans and re-lines with new garbage bags. Breaks down cardboard as needed.
* Polishes silverware, platters and chafing dishes using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth.
* Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work area.
* Loads and unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food.
* Assists chefs as needed.
* Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Work Schedule:** (Two positions available)
Shift is 20 hours a week. Shifts begin at either 12pm or 2pm. Friday & Saturdays are required. Closed on Tuesday & Sundays.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Related work experience preferred.
* Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
* Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
* Must maintain a positive attitude.
* Must be able to comply with safety and health requirements.
* Must be able to use fingers and hands with the ability to grasp.
