Job Title: Production Manager (Food Industry)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a proven track record of effectively managing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and safety in all production processes.
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve excellence in performance, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing food production, safety, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
- Develop and manage production budgets, forecasting production needs and optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness in our production processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and excellence in food production.

Compensation: $60,000 to $85,000
