Job Details
Education and/or Experience:
4-year degree in Mine Engineering or related field and 10 years progressive experience in underground hard rock operations management.
Technological Requirements:
Working knowledge of applicable engineering fundamentals, including rock mechanics, mine ventilation and mine dewatering; working knowledge of mining methods in both production and development, costs and productivities; working knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite software programs. Familiarity with Deswik or some form of 3-dimesional mine software is a plus.
