* Processing incoming orders and checking technical and commercial feasibility
* Monitoring customer orders and changes and coordinating with internal departments, in various plants
* Sales promotion work, e.g. sample processing
* Administrative support of the sales force and department management
* Bonus processing, consignment stock processing
**Your strengths**
* Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field
* At least three years of professional experience in an international company, ideally in customer service
* Good understanding of sales processes and internal interfaces
* Fluent language skills in German and English as well as organizational and planning skills
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as knowledge of common MS Office products
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation and expression skills
